Orders and prices

• Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱).
• An order is confirmed once payment goes through at checkout.

Delivery and pickup

• Deliveries and walk-in pickup run Monday to Saturday, 3 PM to 9 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
• Fish, shrimp and snails ship by pet transport, Lalamove or J&T, or you can pick them up.
• Hamsters and glass tanks never ship by J&T.
• For J&T orders, we email you the shipping rate after you order.

Live pets

• If a pet arrives dead, we replace it. We don't give refunds for live pets.
• To claim, send us your unboxing video within 2 hours of arrival.

Products

• If a product arrives damaged, send us your unboxing video so we can check it.
• If an aquarium leaks, we replace it.

Your information

We use your details only to process and deliver your order. See our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
